Challenge Barcelona Half
"Paul Ambrose finished third in inaugural
Challenge Barcelona-Maresme behind Clemente Alonso and
Germany’s Timo Bracht in 4:04:55"

Byron Bay Olympic Triathlon
Paul Ambrose finished second behind Leon Griffin in
1:52:45.
"Leon made his move on a small hill
in the four laps of the 10km run leg near Clarks Beach to
finish about a minute in front of Paul Ambrose and three
minutes in front of third place"

Podium Finish in
Noumea International Triathlon
Paul Ambrose finished third behind Aaron Farrow and
Cameron Brown in 1:52:56. "Paul Ambrose was
riding well and I finally caught him on the last lap, we had
a 90 second lead on the following 4 riders" Said Cam Brown

Podium Finish in
Rhode Island Ironman 70.3
Paul Ambrose (only 24 yrs old) finished third
behind Oscar Galindez and
Richie Cunningham in 3:57:48.
"After leading of the bike Paul Ambrose
ran step-to-step with Galindez during the first several
miles of the run until Cunningham took the second place
position. Ambrose finished in third place" |

Podium Finish in California Ironman 70.3
Paul Ambrose (only 23 yrs old)
finished third behind Andy Potts and Craig Alexander in 4:03:35.
"Racing against two world champions like that was really a
great experience," Ambrose said. "This was the most competitive
field outside the world championships." |
